  • Publication number: 20090095512
Abstract: Provided is a process for producing a glass plate with a conductive printed wire, which does not require a screen plate for each model, facilitates adjustments for desired heat generation performance or antenna performance, has an excellent adhesion to a glass plate surface, and minimizes surface roughness. The process for producing a glass plate with a conductive printed wire is characterized in that a laminate comprising a layer obtained by electro printing a first conductive toner having a number standard average particle size (D50) of 10 ?m<D50?50 ?m and a layer obtained by electro printing a second conductive toner having a particle size (D50) of 5 ?m?D50?10 ?m is formed on a surface of a glass plate and the glass plate is heated to fire the toners to thereby form a conductive printed wire having a predetermined pattern on the surface of the glass plate.

  • Publication number: 20080254268
Abstract: A color toner for electro printing, whereby a ceramic color print excellent in adhesion can be printed on a glass plate surface by a simple process without using a screen plate. The color toner for electro printing comprises toner matrix particles containing from 10 to 50 parts by mass of fine inorganic pigment particles, from 5 to 40 parts by mass of a heat decomposable binder resin having a disappearance temperature T100 of from 350 to 575° C., and from 40 to 85 parts by mass of glass frit, per 100 parts by mass of the total solid content of the toner matrix particles.

  • Publication number: 20070160922
Abstract: To provide a process for producing a glass plate having an electric conductor pattern excellent in adhesion to the surface of the glass plate, whereby it is not required to have a screen ready for every model and adjustment to desired electric heating performance and antenna performance is easy, and a developer therefor. A developer for electronic printing, characterized in that the ratio of Ftc/Ftp is at least 2.5, where Ftc is the adhesive force acting between one toner particle containing conductive fine particles and one carrier, and Ftp is the adhesive force acting between one toner particle containing conductive fine particles and a photoconductor.

  • Publication number: 20070104887
Abstract: A process for producing a glass plate with conductive printed wiring which does not require a new screen for each model and which can easily be adjusted for desired electric heating performance or antenna performance, and a conductive toner for such a process. A conductive toner comprising at least one member selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic resin (A) having carboxyl groups introduced and having T100 of from 300 to 450° C., a polypropylene (B) having carboxyl groups introduced, and a thermoplastic resin (C) having T100 of from 300 to 450° C., conductive fine particles, and glass frit-containing particles. T100 is a temperature at the time when a weight change of the resin has become no longer observed during a temperature rise from room temperature at a rate of 10° C./min by means of a thermogravimetric analyzer (TG).
