  • Publication number: 20230385406
Abstract: A response support technology for minimizing the impact on jobs as much as possible and enabling job continuity and prompt response can be realized. A response support device that supports a response executed according to a situation of an incident that has occurred in a monitoring target, includes an incident evaluation unit 103 that evaluates an impact of the incident on the monitoring target and an urgency level of the response against the incident; a response evaluation unit 104 that evaluates an impact level on jobs and an effectiveness level to the incident, for the response against the incident; a priority order determination unit 105 that determines a priority order of responses based on evaluation by the incident evaluation unit and evaluation by the response evaluation unit; and a display unit 106 that displays a screen including the priority order of responses determined by the priority order determination unit.

  • Patent number: 11552965
Abstract: [Problem] An abnormality cause route in a network can be efficiently specified, and labor and a cost required for work can be reduced. [Solution] An abnormality cause specification support system 101 includes: a storage device 203 that holds communication relation information 401 in which a communication history between terminals 20 belonging to a predetermined network 10 is stored separately according to presence and absence of a session in the communication, and a policy 601 for specifying an abnormality cause route occurring in the network 10; and an arithmetic device 201 that specifies, among the communication history indicated by the communication relation information 401, a communication history indicating a condition defined in the policy 601 and a predetermined degree of conformity, and specifies a route between the terminals indicated by the specified communication history as an abnormal cause route to be considered with priority in the network 10.

  • Publication number: 20160224582
Abstract: According to a data processing method, pieces of data from files having dissimilar file structures and different formats can be combined appropriately for processing, and even a user with little knowledge can easily combine and process data. The method comprising: receiving, from a user terminal, designation of a first file and a second file, and a request to execute data processing that is related to a particular function; obtaining the first file and the second file from a memory unit; analyzing structures of the first file and the second file; combining, when there is a first element set in the first file as many elements as in a second element set the second file has, the elements of the first element set with the elements of the second element set to execute the data processing; and transmitting a result of executing the data processing to the user terminal.
