Abstract: The aim of the present invention is to provide a processing device and a processing method, with which it is possible to improve processing accuracy. A processing device processes a work piece which integrally includes a plate-shaped first curved-surface section and a plate-shaped planar-surface section that extends from the edge of the first curved-surface section in a bending manner. Furthermore, the processing device includes a first clamp device which includes a contact part that makes contact with the first curved-surface section, and a pressing part that presses the first curved-surface section in the direction of the contact part, and which restricts movement of the first curved-surface section in the plate thickness direction; a second clamp device which is movable in the plate thickness direction of the planar-surface section and supports the planar-surface section; and a machining device which machines the first curved-surface section.

Abstract: An aluminum alloy brazing sheet is formed of a four-layer material formed of a brazing material, an intermediate material, a core material, and a brazing material. The intermediate material comprises Mg of 0.40 to 6.00 mass %, and has a total of contents of Mn, Cr, and Zr being 0.10 mass % or more. The core material comprises Mg of 0.20 to 2.00 mass % and comprises one or two or more of Mn of 1.80 mass % or less, Si of 1.05 mass % or less, Fe of 1.00 mass % or less, Cu of 1.20 mass % or less, Ti of 0.30 mass % or less, Zr of 0.30 mass % or less, and Cr of 0.30 mass % or less. Each of the core material and the intermediate material has a grain size of 20 to 300 ?m.

Abstract: A refrigerant replacement method for a refrigeration apparatus is intended to replace a first refrigerant charged into a refrigerant circuit of the refrigeration apparatus with a second refrigerant. The second refrigerant is used together with a refrigerating machine oil having a higher additive content by percentage than another refrigerating machine oil to be used together with the first refrigerant. The method includes: a refrigerant recovery step of recovering the first refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit; an oil charging step of additionally charging a refrigerating machine oil having a predetermined additive content by percentage into the refrigerant circuit; and a refrigerant charging step of charging the second refrigerant into the refrigerant circuit. The predetermined additive content by percentage is higher than the additive content by percentage of the refrigerating machine oil to be used together with the second refrigerant.

Abstract: A DC power distribution system for performing DC power distribution from a power distribution side base to one or more power reception side bases via a power distribution network includes measuring instruments provided at the power distribution side base and at the one or more power reception side bases, and a control device, in which the control device includes an operation unit that acquires a voltage value and a current value measured by the measuring instrument and calculates an output side power sum that is a sum of power output from the power distribution side base, a power reception side power sum that is a sum of power input to the one or more power reception side bases, and a loss sum between the power distribution side base and the one or more power reception side bases, and a control unit that detects an abnormality in the distribution network by comparing the output side power sum with a total sum of the power reception side power sum and the loss sum.

A damper spring according to the present embodiment includes a nitrided layer formed in an outer layer, and a core portion that is further inward than the nitrided layer. The chemical composition of the core portion consists of, in mass%, C: 0.53 to 0.59%, Si: 2.51 to 2.90%, Mn: 0.70 to 0.85%, P: 0.020% or less, 5: 0.020% or less, Cr: 1.40 to 1.70%, Mo: 0.17 to 0.53%, V: 0.23 to 0.33%, Cu: 0.050% or less, Ni: 0.050% or less, Al: 0.0050% or less, Ti: 0.050% or less, N: 0.0070% or less, and Nb: 0 to 0.020%, with the balance being Fe and impurities. In the core portion, a number density of V-based precipitates having a maximum diameter ranging from 2 to 10 nm is 500 to 8000 pieces/?m2.

Abstract: A method of welding a first metal plate and a second metal plate that is thicker than the first plate, by a laser beam. The first plate and the second plate are disposed to overlap one another in a thickness direction. In a first laser irradiation step, the laser beam is emitted at the first plate, to form an initial nugget including a front-side nugget portion in the first plate, a back-side nugget portion in the second plate and having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the front-side nugget portion, and an annular flat surface portion existing between the front-side nugget portion and the back-side nugget portion. In a subsequent laser irradiation step, the laser beam is emitted again at the initial nugget after the initial nugget is solidified, thereby increasing the diameter of the back-side nugget portion.
Abstract: A separator for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, the separator being formed of natural cellulose fibers and beaten regenerated cellulose fibers, and having excellent tear strength, short-circuit resistance and impedance characteristics. The separator for aluminum electrolytic capacitors is interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and is formed of from 50% by mass to 90% by mass of natural cellulose fibers and from 50% by mass to 10% by mass of beaten regenerated cellulose fibers. The separator for aluminum electrolytic capacitors is configured to have a specific tear strength of from 20 to 100 mN·m2/g and a short-circuit rate of 10% or less during application of 500 V in separator dielectric breakdown testing.
