  • Patent number: 10919258
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic sheet, the method including a preparation step for preparing a pair of base papers containing 50% by mass or more of cellulose fiber, and having a thickness of no less than 15 ?m but less than 60 ?m; a laminating step for arranging a thermoplastic resin layer having a melting point of 100° C. to 200° C. and thickness of 20 to 70 ?m between the pair of base papers, and adhering together the base papers using the thermoplastic resin layer to form a laminate; and a processing step for passing the laminate between an embossing roll having a maximum depth of 15 ?m or greater, and a rubber back roll having a hardness of no less than 50° but no greater than 95° that is measured on the basis of ISO 7619, and applying an embossed shape to the laminate.

  • Patent number: 10213982
Abstract: The present invention provides a decorative sheet (20A) that has at least one of visual solidity and solidity by a sense of touch. The decorative sheet (20A) includes a picture pattern layer (2) formed on a sheet base material (1), a first front surface protecting layer (3a) formed on the picture pattern layer (2), a second front surface protecting layer (4a) partially formed on the first front surface protecting layer (3a), and a third front surface protecting layer (5) partially formed on the second front surface protecting layer (4a). The first front surface protecting layer (3a) and the second front surface protecting layer (4a) have different glosses. The third front surface protecting layer (5) coats an area 75% or less of the second front surface protecting layer (4a). The third front surface protecting layer (5) has a thickness four times or more of a thickness of the second front surface protecting layer (4a).

  • Publication number: 20080220224
Abstract: A decorative material including a pattern layer formed from an aqueous composition, which can be easily handled without receiving any scratches on the surface upon loading or unloading, allows no possibility of load collapse when stacked, and has durable surface staining resistance. The decorative material includes a substrate, a sealer layer containing an aqueous adhesive on the substrate, a pattern layer formed from an aqueous ink on top of the sealer layer, and a surface protective layer covering the pattern layer to form an outermost surface, wherein the surface protective layer includes an antifouling agent containing a silicone oil in a matrix resin formed by curing of an oily resin or an ionizing radiation curable monomer, and the outermost surface has a dynamic coefficient of friction of 0.1 to 0.3.
