It comprises 10 parts by mass of a nucleating agent comprising an alkali metal salt or hydroxyaluminum salt of an aromatic monocarboxlylic acid or comprising an alkali metal salt or hydroxyaluminum salt of an acid aromatic phosphoric ester compound, 1 to 50 parts by mass of a phenolic antioxidant, 5 to 50 parts by mass of polyproylene, and 0 to 500 parts by mass of one or more optional additive components other than the nucleating agent and the phenolic antioxidant.
