For each of the wireless devices, performance capability of the device, and optionally network information, is obtained. A video scalability level for the video data for each of the devices is determined based on the obtained performance capability, and optionally the network information. The video data for each of the devices is scaled according to the determined video scalability level, and the scaled video data is delivered to each of the devices.
