  • Patent number: 10953629
Abstract: A rolled graphite sheet includes a rod-shaped body and a graphite sheet having a length of 1 m or more and a width shorter than the length. The graphite sheet is wound around the rod-shaped body and is rolled in a length direction. When a length direction-end of the graphite sheet is pulled with a force of 1.5 N/cm in a direction parallel to a tangent of a cross-sectional circle of the rolled graphite sheet while fixing the rod-shaped body, the end moves 5 mm or less in the direction parallel to the tangent of the circle.

  • Patent number: 6337031
Abstract: There is provided a resin magnet material that has excellent flame retardancy, produces only a small amount of toxic substances when ignited, and yields very few molding defects; as well as an electron beam adjustment apparatus in which this resin magnet material is used. To achieve this object, a first invention comprises a flame-retardant resin magnet material obtained by adding (Z) an alnico-based magnetic powder or a ferrite-based magnetic powder to a flame-retardant resin composition that is itself obtained by adding heat-resistant aluminum hydroxide and antimony trioxide to a polyamide resin in the following amounts: (A) per 100 weight parts polyamide resin, (B) X1 weight parts heat-resistant aluminum hydroxide with a decomposition temperature of 280° C. or higher (where 10 weight parts<X1<70 weight parts), and (C) X2 weight: parts antimony trioxide (where 40 weight parts<X2<270 weight parts).

  • Patent number: 6043728
Abstract: Provided are non-halogen, flame-resistant, resin materials and resin magnet materials, and also electron beam controllers comprising the resin magnet materials. The resin material comprises (A) a non-halogen resin composition, (B) a metal oxide hydrate, and (C) one or both of antimony trioxide and zinc borate. The resin magnet material comprises those components (A), (B) and C), and (D) a magnetic material. In the electron beam controller, the four-pole and 6-pole convergence magnets and the two-pole purity controller magnets are made of the resin magnet materials.
