  • Publication number: 20120098978
Abstract: A portable communication terminal, an upload control program, and an upload control method are provided. The portable communication terminal includes an image taking unit configured to output taken image data, an analyzing unit configured to analyze an attribute which the image data represents, a determining unit configured to determine whether an analysis result of the analyzing unit satisfies a predetermined condition, and an uploading unit configured to upload the image data to an upload server when the determining unit determines that the analysis result satisfies the predetermined condition.

  • Publication number: 20120014295
Abstract: A mobile phone apparatus (10) includes a CPU (12), and when starting to record a PTT communication, the CPU (12) records voice data corresponding to a voice of a speaker in a flash memory (18). Furthermore, the CPU (12) records the identifying information of the speaker, a starting time of a speech and an ending time of the speech as an index in the flash memory (18) while recording the voice data. In all speaker reproduction, the voice data recorded in the flash memory (18) is reproduced from the top, and identifying information of the speaker that is being reproduced is displayed on the LCD monitor (30) according to the index. Alternatively, in selected speaker reproduction, only the voice data of the speaker selected by the use is reproduced according to the index, and the identifying information of the speaker that is being reproduced is displayed on the LCD monitor (30).

  • Patent number: 5982911
Abstract: In a braille recognition system according to the present invention, light is obliquely irradiated onto the surface of a document in braille, and its reflected light is received by imaging means, to obtain a gray image. An image corresponding to a pattern of projected points on the document in braille is obtained on the basis of the obtained gray image. An image is then cut in braille units from the image corresponding to the pattern of projected points. A braille code is generated for each cut image in the braille unit.

  • Patent number: 5920649
Abstract: Light is obliquely irradiated onto the surface of a document in braille, and its reflected light is received, to obtain a first gray image. The first gray image is subjected, while being scanned in a direction corresponding to a direction parallel to the direction of light irradiation, to differentiation processing in the scanning direction, to produce a second gray image whose light and dark portions respectively produced by projected points have a particular pattern. The second gray image is subjected to such ternary-coding processing that the particular pattern of the light and dark portions respectively produced by the projected points in the second gray image is emphasized, to produce a ternary-coded image. Each of the projected points is extracted by pattern matching with respect to the ternary-coded image.
