Abstract: The invention provides a bubble generating tool to generate bubbles continuously and a bubble generating toy having the bubble generating tool which generates bubbles continuously and can produce new entertaining effect. The bubble generating tool is comprised of a liquid container for filling a soap solution and a film forming part for forming a bubble film, wherein a pinhole which is small enough so that the soap solution does not flow out is formed on the wall part of the liquid container.
