  • Patent number: 9026050
Abstract: In a communication circuit, an RFIC includes an IO terminal and a control IC includes an IO terminal. A variable capacitance element includes control terminals, a capacitance element with a capacitance value that is determined according to a control voltage, and a resistance voltage divider circuit configured to generate the control voltage by dividing a voltage inputted to the control terminals. One of the RFIC and the control IC supplies control data to the variable capacitance element via a signal line. The variable capacitance element, along with an antenna coil, constitutes an antenna circuit of an LC parallel resonance circuit, and sets a resonant frequency of the antenna circuit to be a predetermined frequency.

  • Publication number: 20140340315
Abstract: A coil antenna is provided on an inner surface of a key-top of a key input unit. A power supply coil that is magnetically coupled to the coil antenna and an RFIC are mounted on a substrate holding key switches. A device including an NFC is arranged closer to the key-top so as to make communication with the NFC. Further, a tag of an RFID is arranged closer thereto so as to be read. Thus, a key input unit and an electronic apparatus are configured in which an antenna is not provided on a housing externally and is less influenced by the housing of the electronic apparatus into which the antenna is incorporated.

  • Patent number: 6627859
Abstract: A CVD device (100) includes a 142 process chamber (102), in the wall of which first to fourth cartridge heaters (146, 148, 150, 152) are buried. The heaters have resistance whose value increases with temperature. A heater controller (160) determines the heater resistance from the current and voltage values associated with each heater. The heater controller (160) corrects a reference resistance corresponding to a set temperature by using a correction value corresponding to the temperature detected by a temperature sensor (250), and multiplies the corrected reference resistance by the temperature distribution constant of each heater to determine the target resistance. The heater controller (160) properly controls the phase of the AC power supplied to each heater so that the heater resistance may follow the target resistance. The first to fourth cartridge heaters (146, 148, 150, 152) are thus controlled accurately.

  • Patent number: 6549374
Abstract: With the floating-type magnetic head, a load beam, working as an arm, and a flexure, working as a holder, are separately constructed. The flexure is attached to the base of the load beam by spot welding. An embossed (spherical concaved) portion is formed onto the middle of the displacement portion and is in contact with the base. Because the flexure is stiffer and stronger than a conventional cantilever spring-type flexure, it is possible. to prevent the displacement portion from being plastic-deformed even when there is a shock to the magnetic head when it is on standby. Further, the slider uses the embossed portion as a pivot, making the floating more stable.
