Abstract: A possibility that driving assistance suitable for a road environment will be not provided is reduced. An on-board apparatus, which navigates a vehicle based on the map information including information indicating a road network including a plurality of links respectively corresponding to a plurality of roads and a plurality of nodes respectively corresponding to a plurality of intersections and information indicating road attributes in the road network, includes an image capturing unit and a support control unit. The image capturing unit captures an image of at least a part around the vehicle. The support control unit associates supplementary information, which is information including recognition result information indicating a result of image recognition of the captured image, with link information of a target link, which is a link corresponding to a point related to the image capturing of the image.
