Patent number: 11262127Abstract: Air is taken out from a drying oven 1 for drying a coating film of a work piece 2, and the air is cooled such that each of at least part of moisture and at least part of a VOC which are contained in the air is condensed to be removed from the air. The air after the cooling is heated, and is returned into the drying oven 1. A heat pump 3 whose heat absorption source is the air taken out from the drying oven 1 and whose heat radiation source is the air after the cooling is provided. By using the heat pump 3, cooling and heating of the air are performed.Type: GrantFiled: November 24, 2017Date of Patent: March 1, 2022Assignee: MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Hidekazu Kato, Hiroki Matsui, Toshihiro Yoshida, Naoto Waku

Patent number: 10265898Abstract: The present application discloses an injection molding apparatus including a heating injector which heats and melts a conductive material to a molten temperature. The heating injector injects the conductive material into a mold with a cavity formation surface which forms a cavity. The injection molding apparatus includes an electrifying portion configured to apply a voltage; and a controller including an electrification controller configured to control the voltage which is applied by the electrifying portion. The mold includes conductive portions at least on a part of the cavity formation surface. The conductive portions are insulated from each other. The electrifying portion applies the voltage between the conductive portions. The conductive material injected from the heating injector is electrically heated by the voltage, which is applied from the electrifying portion under control of the electrification controller, when the conductive material comes in contact with the conductive portions.Type: GrantFiled: January 7, 2016Date of Patent: April 23, 2019Assignee: MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Hidekazu Kato, Takahiro Tanaka, Hiroki Tanizawa, Naoto Waku, Michihisa Iwamoto

Patent number: 10118196Abstract: A multilayer coating film includes a lower coating film 5 containing a colorant, and an upper coating film 6. If the upper coating film 6 has a refractive index n1 of greater than or equal to 1.2 and less than or equal to 1.5, the ratio n1/n2 of the refractive index n1 of this upper coating film 6 to the refractive index n2 of the lower coating film 5 is set to be greater than or equal to 0.67 and less than or equal to 1. If the upper coating film has a refractive index n1 of greater than or equal to 1.6 and less than or equal to 3.0, the refractive index ratio n1/n2 is set to be greater than 1 and less than or equal to 1.67.Type: GrantFiled: October 3, 2014Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Hidekazu Kato, Kana Haruki, Naoto Waku
