    Abstract: An aluminum part joint structure including at least two casted joint pieces to be assembled together, each of the pieces being formed with joint surfaces. Adhesive agent layer is provided between the joint surfaces. The adhesive agent comprises 45 to 54 wt % of epoxy resin, 30 to 40 wt % of aluminum particles each having diameter of 0.1 to 0.2 mm, and 4 to 6 wt % of guanidine derivative.
