  • Patent number: 8418188
Abstract: A slot calculation unit calculates a current slot number and stores it in a slot storage unit. When each of control tasks of a recognition processing portion, a vehicle speed calculation portion, a brake control portion, and a steering control portion is activated, a slot number at the time of output of an execution result used as input data is obtained from a task table storage unit, and it is determined whether a time constraint is violated based on a permissible slot number for the input data, stored in a constraint table storage unit. When an execution result of each control task is output, the stored current slot number is read, and it is determined whether a time constraint is violated based on a permissible slot number for the output of the execution result, stored in the constraint table storage unit.

  • Patent number: 8295643
Abstract: While a view angle is switched between wide and narrow view angles, images with the wide view angle and images with the narrow view angle are alternately taken. Based on images taken with the narrow view angle, movements of corresponding points in images in correspondence between the narrow-angle images are detected. Based on the images taken with the wide view angle, a translational vector and a rotation matrix that represent changes in the position and posture between the wide-angle images are calculated. By linearly interpolating the translational vector and the rotation matrix between the wide-angle images, a translational vector and a rotation matrix that represent changes in the position and posture between the narrow-angle images are estimated. Based on movements of corresponding points in the images and the translational vector and the rotational matrix between the narrow-angle images, three-dimensional coordinates of the corresponding points on the measurement object are highly accurately measured.

  • Publication number: 20020114601
Abstract: An optical fiber, a mixture solution of the photosetting resins polymerizing in two different polymerization types, and a transparent container are prepared. The photosetting resins are not copolymerized, and have different activation wavelengths of the photopolymerization initiators for hardening. Employing a combination in which the activation wavelength of a photopolymerization initiator for a photosetting resin with higher refractive index after hardening is longer than the activation wavelength of a photopolymerization initiator for a photosetting resin with lower refractive index after hardening, a core portion can be only formed by hardening the photosetting resin with higher refractive index due to a difference between two wavelengths. Thereafter, a clad portion can be formed by hardening two kinds of photosetting resins, where by an optical transmission device can be manufactured.

  • Patent number: 5109383
Abstract: A scan path circuit, to be integrally inserted in an arbitrary place of a logic circuit, for detecting faults of the logic circuit. The scan path circuit includes: a first switch connected to a data-in for receiving data from the logic circuit; a second switch connected to the first switch and to a data-out for sending data to the logic circuit; a third switch connected to the data-out; a first latch connected to a scan-in for inputting testing data and storing the data and connected to the third switch for outputting the data to the logic circuit; and a second latch for inputting and storing the data returned from the logic circuit. The circuit is so constructed that the connection of the latches and the logic circuit is controlled so as to detect faults of the circuit during scanning operation and to directly connect the data-in with the data-out during normal operation.
