  • Publication number: 20220413379
Abstract: A technique that enables production of pellicle membranes that are better resistant to breakage when subjected to force exerted thereon in the thickness direction thereof and that have high transmittance to light. A pellicle membrane of the present invention includes a plurality of laminated layers, where at least one of the layers is provided with at least one hole having a width or diameter of 10 nm to 500 nm.

  • Publication number: 20220260902
Abstract: A technique that can achieve a pellicle film made of carbon nanotubes and having high in-plane transmittance uniformity. The pellicle film contains a plurality of first carbon nanotubes extending in a first direction and arrayed in the radial direction, and a plurality of second carbon nanotubes extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and arrayed in their radial direction.

  • Patent number: 6373258
Abstract: A board inspection probe for inspecting pattern lines on a circuit board for defects in a non-contact manner. The probe has an electrode for radiating an electrical signal or receiving an electrical signal radiated from a first pattern line. The probe also has a shield to prevent, from reaching the electrode, unwanted radiant waves emitted from pattern lines located in a region except a board region immediately below an electrode surface of the electrode. This shield is terminates near the electrode surface of the electrode, so that radiant waves from only pattern lines located on the board region immediately below the electrode are received.

  • Patent number: 4938197
Abstract: A fuel supply control system for an engine associated with a transmission for transmitting the engine output power to driving wheels of a vehicle increases the amount of fuel to be supplied to the engine when the engine is in a particular operating condition in which relatively large engine output power is required. The fuel supply control system receives a signal from a switch which is switched over according to whether the engine is associated with a manual transmission or an automatic transmission, and controls the amount by which the fuel to be supplied to the engine is increased when the engine is in the particular operating condition so that the amount is smaller when the engine is associated with an automatic transmission than when the engine is associated with a manual transmission.
