    Abstract: A sleeper timer for the source equipment of audio/visual apparatuses such as a cassette tape deck, CD player, AM/FM tuner, and video disk play incorporates an auto sleep mode where the source equipment are turned off as soon as the source equipment completes its operation, and a conventional sleep timer mode where the source equipment are turned off when a predetermined length of time of a timer expires.
