  • Patent number: 10135631
Abstract: An equipment information acquirer acquires, from electric equipment connected to a network, equipment type information indicating the type of electric equipment and at least one of environment information and operation information. A display controller causes the equipment type information acquired by the equipment information acquirer and correlation support information based on at least one of the environment information and the operation information to be displayed on a monitor after correlating the two with each other. The environment information indicates the environment of an area in which the electric equipment is installed. The operation information indicates the operating status of the electric equipment.

  • Patent number: 10117155
Abstract: A relay device communicably connects an upper-level air conditioning system and a lower-level air conditioning system that use different protocols. An upper-side communicator is connected to a first bus, and transmits and receives communication packets to and from the upper-level air conditioning system. A lower-side communicator is connected to an outdoor device that is a master device, and transmits and receives communication commands to and from the lower-level air conditioning system. An association information memory stores association information obtained by associating an address in the upper-level air conditioning system allocated to each device in the lower-level air conditioning system with identification information on each device in the lower-level air conditioning system. A processor performs a mutual conversion on the communication packets and the communication commands based on the association information stored in the association information memory.

  • Publication number: 20180054322
Abstract: In the present disclosure, a procedure begins with an operation request from a communication terminal in step S301, and counting by a timer of a household apparatus starts in step S306. Processing of steps S311 to S314 is performed periodically when communication is possible between a controller and a communication adapter. That is, due to periodic resetting of the timer of the household apparatus in step S314, the timer does not time out. However, when communication between the controller and the communication adapter is not performed for some reason, the timer of the household apparatus afterward times out in step S321, and the household apparatus-transitions to a safe operation state in step S322.

  • Patent number: 9826360
Abstract: A reception electric field intensity or a transmission delay time in wireless communication between each of multiple apparatuses connected to one and the same network and a portable terminal device is measured. Degrees of nearness, where a degree of nearness indicates a nearness between each of the multiple apparatuses and the portable terminal device in a numerical value are calculated based on a measurement result. One apparatus is selected from among the multiple apparatuses as a candidate target apparatus based on the degrees of nearness calculated. The candidate target apparatus selected is requested to execute a predetermined. A decision on whether or not to approve the candidate target apparatus selected is received from the user, and the candidate target apparatus is identified as a work-target apparatus intended by the user when the user has approved.

  • Patent number: 9535431
Abstract: An air-conditioning system comprises portable devices including measurement units that measure temperature or humidity. In addition, the air-conditioning system comprises a transmitter mounted in indoor equipment that transmits light or electromagnetic waves to the portable devices, and a receiver mounted in the indoor equipment that receives detected intensity information expressing the intensity of the light or the electromagnetic waves detected by the portable devices. Furthermore, the air-conditioning system comprises a detector that detects the distance from the indoor equipment to the portable devices based on the detected intensity expressed by the detected intensity information, and a controller that controls the air-blowing state of the indoor equipment based on the detected distances and the measured temperature or humidity. Thus, the temperature or the humidity at a specified location can be adjusted more accurately.

  • Patent number: 9532436
Abstract: The centralized lighting and air conditioning controller controls the light emission of lighting devices using brightness configuration values, and an environmental sensor transmits illuminance measurement values to the centralized lighting and air conditioning controller by wireless communication. The centralized lighting and air conditioning controller receives the illuminance measurement values, and based on the change in the illuminance measurement values and the change in the RSSI when the illuminance measurement values are received, acquires the degree of influence on the environmental sensor by the light from each of the lighting devices, and acquires the unknown or indeterminate position of the environmental sensor based on the degree of influence.

  • Patent number: 9335150
Abstract: Probes of a conductor length measurement device are connected to piping, and an output voltage is applied to the piping through the probes. A frequency spectrum curve is subsequently calculated by subjecting a voltage signal to FFT. Resonant frequencies of the piping are then determined from this frequency spectrum curve, and the total length of the piping is calculated on the basis of the resonant frequencies. The total length of the piping can therefore be easily measured without the need to install, for example, any measurement instruments at branch terminals.
