  • Patent number: 10768066
Abstract: A piezoelectric sensor including: a piezoelectric sheet; a first ground electrode integrally laminated on a first side of the piezoelectric sheet and having a first cutout section; a signal electrode integrally laminated on a second side of the piezoelectric sheet and having a third cutout section; and a second ground electrode integrally laminated on the signal electrode so as to be electrically insulated from the signal electrode and having a second cutout section. The cutout sections of the signal electrode, the first ground electrode, and the second ground electrode are at least partially overlapped with one another in a thickness direction of the piezoelectric sheet. A portion of the piezoelectric sheet exposed from a portion where the cutout sections of the signal electrode, the first ground electrode, and the second ground electrode are overlapped with one another serves as an exposed section.

  • Patent number: 7295592
Abstract: A light source device for radiating a stimulated emission from a semiconductor laser to outside via a multiple scattering optical system, which system has a first region located adjacent to the semiconductor laser and a second region that abuts on the first region and reaches the outside. The first region contains scatterers at a higher density than the second region does. The light source device has an amount of near-field pattern speckles ?PAR of 3×10?3 or more. The second region may have a lens portion as a magnifier for at least a principle part of a secondary planar light source formed at an interface between the first and second regions.

  • Patent number: 5658521
Abstract: An apparatus 1 for widening a foam sheet S obtained immediately after heating and foaming a foam sheet which has not been yet widened, while the foam sheet S is continuously received or supplied. The sheet widening apparatus 1 comprises: a pair of chains 2 constructed in the form of endless chains composed of links 22 having pin parts 21 and a driving device 3 meshing with these chains 2 and driving the chains 2 along such loci as to widen the space between the chains 2 from sheet receiving start points to sheet receving end points. A method for widening a foam sheet by the sheet widening apparatus 1 comprises the steps of piercing both the side parts of the foam sheet S with the pins 21 at the sheet receiving start points; widening the space of width between the pins 21 along gently curved loci by drying the chains 2 while the pins 21 penetrating the foam sheet; and receiving the foam sheet S from the sheet receiving start points to the sheet receiving end points while the foam sheet is widened.
