    Abstract: A print head includes a first electrode layer including a plurality of generator electrodes, a second electrode layer including a plurality of discharge electrodes, and an insulating layer disposed between the generator electrodes of the first electrode layer and the discharge electrodes of the second electrode layer. The discharge electrodes include at least one discharge aperture extending therethrough. Each discharge aperture has an undercut region defining a discharge surface spaced from and substantially parallel to an opposed surface of the insulating layer.
