  • Publication number: 20130331887
Abstract: A pacifier with a nipple shield around the nipple to protect the nipple from dirt when it falls from the mouth of the baby.
    Type: Application

  • Publication number: 20130291569
Abstract: An air-conditioning system performance monitor measures the temperature of air on either side of the evaporator. Then a microcontroller means calculates the temperature drop in the air flowing across the evaporator. If the temperature drop is less than a predetermined threshold temperature, the microcontroller means alerts the house owner via display units, alarm, internet enabled devices and cell phones to call for service. This unit can be used on central air-conditioning systems, window air-conditioning systems and automobile air-conditioning systems.

  • Publication number: 20130270350
Abstract: A programmable water heater thermostat controller that attaches over the temperature control unit of existing gas or electric water heaters. The user programs the temperature of water required at different times of the day. A microcontroller then compares the current temperature setting against desired setting every minute and rotates the temperature control knob accordingly using a geared motor. If vacation mode is chosen, then the microcontroller skips program times and keeps the temperature control knob at the lowest temperature setting. If ‘temperature hold’ mode is chosen, then the microcontroller skips program times and keeps the temperature control knob at the same position it was in when the unit was placed in ‘temperature hold’ mode.
    Type: Application

  • Publication number: 20100262035
Abstract: A belt made of a substantially non-elastic, flexible material with a buckle assembly having a sensor to sense breathing by means of the movement of the abdomen, an evaluator to use the information from the sensor to determine the occurrence of an apnea event, a vibrator motor to stimulate the wearer when an apnea event occurs, an alarm unit to alert people around the wearer should the wearer not respond to the stimuli from the vibrator motor, a rechargeable battery to power the electrical/electronics units and a data transfer port to transfer data from the evaluator to a display console. The display console is a stand-alone unit that receives data from the evaluator and displays the time of each apnea event that occurred.
