Abstract: A batter and breading machine including a bedplate with an upper arm including a tank for food agglutinating, and a second area with a strangling to throw the battered or breaded ingredient of the product. The first and second areas have respective endless bands, driven by a plurality of rolls, to submerge the product in the tank and to take the product with agglutinating under the breaded strangling. The endless bands are driven by a motor with speed variation and each remove, respectively, the excess of breaded and battered agglutinating. The second endless band is fitted on its own chassis that is included in the chassis of the bedplate.

Abstract: It consists in a bedplate (1) in whose upper part two areas are distinguished (1a and 1b), the first of them (1a) with a tank (4) for food agglutinating, while in the second area (1b) there is a strangling for throwing the battered or breaded ingredient of the product, which areas are each provided with endless bands (5 and 6), driven by a plurality of rolls, to submerge the product in tank (4) and for taking the product with agglutinating under the mentioned breaded strangling respectively, which endless bands (5, 6) are driven by a motor with speed variator and each have over them organs that they remove, respectively, the excess of breaded and battered agglutinating, and because second endless band (6) is fitted on an own chassis (7) that, at the same time, is included in the chassis of the bedplate (1).

Abstract: Improvements in a machine for shaping hamburgers, which include a table-frame with a horizontally displaceable mold into which mold the ground meat enters directly and which has an element for detecting the pressure of the meat. The element, when it is drawn back, produces a signal for starting up the machine. A device is provided for expelling the freshly shaped hamburger, which device has structure for preventing the hamburger from sticking. This structure includes a chamber inside the expelling device, through whose periphery atmospheric air escapes, a knife provided on its base with a conduit with openings, through which air escapes in order to detach the edges of flexible sheets enveloping the hamburger, and upper and lower rolls for supplying flexible sheet, which rolls have inertia brakes including a pair of motorized rollers, above which rests the respective coil.
