    Abstract: A named-entity recognition (NER) model detects named entities with types that correspond to protected health information (PHI) in potentially sensitive documents. The NER model is trained to detect named entities corresponding to both personally identifiable information (PII) and medical terms. Output of the NER model is preprocessed as input to a random forest classifier that outputs a verdict that documents comprise sensitive data. The verdict is interpretable via high confidence named entities detected by the NER model that led to the verdict.

In one implementation for treating an opioid disease, the formulation composition includes naltrexone at 40 weight percent, poly (DL-lactide) in the approximate range between 36 and 46.4 weight percent, and polycaprolactone in the approximate range between 24 and 11.6 weight percent. In addition, in order to provide anti-biofouling quality and prevent foreign body adsorption/interaction with the material of the implant, polyethylene glycol is added in a preferred content of 2.0%. The manufacturing process includes hot melt extrusion and a mini jet based implant formation stage with the optimized process space were the temperature of the process ranges from 170° C.-180° C.

    Abstract: Systems and methods described herein allow a configurable policy for managing Power over Ethernet (PoE) to be implemented by Power Sourcing Equipments (PSEs) across a network. The policy specifies a set of rules for prioritizing power distribution over Ethernet for the computer network. When Powered Devices (PDs) are connected via Ethernet cables to the PSEs, the PDs send identification information about themselves (e.g., device type and location) to the PSEs. The PSEs assign priority levels to the PDs by electronically comparing the identification information to the set of rules. When a present level of available power is insufficient to power all the PDs via PoE, the PSEs use the priority levels to determine which PDs to power down.
