In an embodiment a mobile computing device includes a display screen including a top surface and a bottom surface, and a vital sign monitoring (VSM) sensor located within the display screen or beneath the bottom surface of the display screen, wherein the VSM sensor is configured to measure one or more vital sign parameters of a user that places a body part on the top surface of the display screen above the VSM sensor.

Abstract: CTI servers capable of communicating with multiple clients and methods of operating the same are disclosed. An example system includes a client handler to receive messages from the multiple clients, a message handler to change the format of the messages, a queue to store messages, an interface to a telephony network, a data processor to generate responses to messages, and a CTI driver to retrieve messages from the queue and pass the retrieved messages to the data processor, and a data storage to store data associated with the messages.

Abstract: A clock frequency multiplier with a rise detector flip-flop connected to a series of buffers having interspersed parallel output taps connected to a binary to Gray converter for providing real time rise status indications. The parallel tap outputs are connected to first, second and third multiplexers, to produce first and second fall outputs and a second rise output. The multiplexers are controlled by first, second and third corresponding tap circuits having hexadecimal inputs from a Gray to hexadecimal converter connected to the output of the binary to Gray converter through a flip-flop clocked by a second rise of the input clock signal.
