  • Patent number: 7883588
Abstract: In a Cu—Bi based sintered alloy, to which hard particles, such as Fe3P, are added, the main constituent components of the microstructure are a Cu matrix, Bi phase and the hard particles. In the sintering method of the present invention, the flow of the Bi phase is suppressed to as low level as possible. The novel structure is that the contact between the Bi phase and hard particles is kept to a low ratio. A lead-free bearing used for a fuel injection pump according to the present invention contains from 1 to 30 mass % of Bi and from 0.1 to 10 mass % of hard particles having from 10 to 50 ?m of the average particle diameter, the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities. The properties of the main component phases are utilized at a high level such that the sliding properties are equivalent to those of a Pb containing Cu-based sintered alloy.

  • Publication number: 20030122645
Abstract: A stick-type ignition coil have a central core, a cylindrical member, primary spool, primary coil, secondary spool, secondary coil, outer core and a resin insulator. The two longitudinal end corners and faces of the core are covered by respective buffer members. The inner circumferential corners of the outer core is supported by ring members. Some of the members disposed radially inside and other members disposed radially outside of the inside members are held slidably to each other in the ignition coil. The spools are made of resin containing a rubber in excess of 5 weight percent and reinforcing materials. The resin insulator contains a flexible material.

  • Patent number: 5965263
Abstract: There is disclosed an insulated wire, having, on a conductor, an insulating coating including at least three layers, made up of an underlayer formed by applying and baking a polyamine-imide-series resin coating material, containing 0.05 to 1.0 parts by weight of a trialkylamine, and/or 5 to 20 parts by weight of an alkoxylated melamine resin, per 100 parts by weight of a polyamide-imide-series resin, an intermediate layer formed by applying and baking a polyimide-series resin coating material, and an overlayer formed by applying and baking a self-lubricating-type polyamide-imide-series resin coating material. According to the insulated wire, an insulating coating can be prevented from being damaged at the time of the working of a coil under severe conditions, even when the insulating coating is thin.
