Abstract: A display module and a display device. The display module includes: a backlight module; a liquid crystal display panel located on the side of a light exit surface of the backlight module, the liquid crystal display panel being divided into a display area and a non-display area located on the periphery of the display area, and the liquid crystal display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a light adjusting structure, the light adjusting structure being located in the non-display area, and the light adjusting structure being used for shielding light, which is irradiated to the edge of the display area of the liquid crystal display panel, in the backlight module. The liquid crystal display panel, the light adjusting structure is provided at the non-display area.
