  • Patent number: 9683533
Abstract: A fuel injector rail assembly for direct injection of fuel includes an elongate fuel distribution tube, a plurality of fuel injector sockets each formed to contain therein a fuel injection valve and being integrally secured to the fuel distribution tube, and a plurality of brackets each integrally secured to the distribution tube. The brackets each are made of pressed sheet metal and includes a mounting plate portion formed with a bolt hole for mounting the fuel distribution tube on an engine head and an opening for permitting each lower portion of the fuel injector sockets inserting therethrough, a pair of stationary arm portions extended in parallel from one side edge of the mounting plate portion at opposite sides of the respective fuel injector sockets and secured to the distribution tube. An outward flange formed at each lower end of the injector sockets is secured to an underside surface of the periphery of the opening for each injector socket.

  • Patent number: 9528483
Abstract: A fuel delivery pipe assembly for direct injection of fuel includes a fuel delivery pipe, a plurality of fuel injector sockets for containing a fuel injection valve, and a mounting bracket of sheet metal fixedly assembled with the fuel delivery pipe at a position adjacent each fuel injector socket. The mounting bracket has a mounting plate portion formed with a mounting hole for insertion of a bolt and a through hole for insertion of each fuel injector socket spaced from the mounting hole in the longitudinal direction of the delivery pipe. A reinforcement bracket is integrally assembled with the mounting bracket at the opposite side of the fuel injector socket in the longitudinal direction of the delivery pipe, and a reinforcement rib extended from an arm portion of the reinforcement bracket is provided on the mounting plate portion between the mounting hole and the through hole for the fuel injector socket.

  • Patent number: 8495985
Abstract: A fuel delivery pipe with damper function, being constructed of an elongate lower case provided at its bottom with a plurality of injection sockets for connection with fuel injection valves to be opened and closed by a controller unit; an upper case coupled with the lower case in a liquid-tight manner to form an internal space to be filled with fuel under pressure supplied from a fuel pump; a hollow partition wall member the whole periphery of which is brazed to an inner surface of the lower or upper case to form an air chamber isolated from the internal space; and a vent hole formed in the lower or upper case and sealed after communicating the air chamber with the atmosphere therethrough.

  • Patent number: 7055586
Abstract: A multi-tube heat exchanger capable of increasing heat exchanging performance without increasing its heat transmitting area, as well as avoiding a reduction in heat exchanging efficiency due to adhering pollutant or the like. The multi-tube heat exchanger includes an inner tube group through which a first fluid passes and an outer tube around which a second fluid passes. The heat transmitting tube is constituted of only a heat transmitting tube main body and a number of lump-like projections formed at a predetermined interval in the length direction on one or both opposing wall faces on longer sides of the heat transmitting tube main body. Longitudinal eddies are generated in high-temperature gas by the, thereby consequently increasing heat exchanging efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20040134640
Abstract: Providing a multi-tube heat exchanger capable of increasing heat exchanging performance without increasing its heat transmitting area and solving a problem on drop in heat exchanging efficiency due to adhering pollutant or the like. A multi-tube heat exchanger comprising an inner tube (heat transmitting tube) group in which a first fluid passes and an outer tube (body) in which a second fluid passes, both ends of each multiple heat transmitting tubes being held and disposed on introduction/discharge side holding plates located on each of first fluid introduction side and first fluid discharge side. The heat transmitting tube is constituted of only a heat transmitting tube main body 114 and a number of lump-like projections are formed at a predetermined interval in the length direction on one or both of opposing wall faces on longer sides of the heat transmitting tube main body 114.
