    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed including a pillow case having a top and a bottom, the top opposite from the bottom. The pillow case may include a first pocket attached to the top, and a second pocket attached to the bottom. The pillow case may have a main inner chamber located within the pillow case, such that a pillow cushion can be located within the pillow case. The first pocket may run substantially along an entire width of the pillow case, and the second pocket may run substantially along an entire length of the pillow case. The pillow case and cushion can be inserted into the first or second pockets. A variety of pillow configurations can be created from this apparatus.
