    Abstract: A composite sheet includes a fabric that is at least partially embedded in a polymeric sheet. The fabric includes longitudinally extending warp yarns and laterally extending weft yarns, with there being one or more pairs of substantially spaced apart, yet adjacent, warp yarns. For each pair, the two warp yarns are sufficiently spaced apart from one another so that the composite sheet can be longitudinally slit between and distant from the two warp yarns, to provide one or more sections of the composite sheet that can be used as conveyor belts. The warp yarns are not exposed at the cut edges.
