A pant is produced at a production facility by weaving right and left portions thereof using a multi-layer weaving process so as to produce an outer woven fly-cover layer and an inner woven left fly extension layer, or to form at least one pocket in at least one such portion, or both, and attaching the left portion of the pant to the right portion of the pant by stitching at least a portion of the crotch seam. The pant is then finished at a point of sale by stitching any remaining portion of the crotch seam and the inseams based on body dimensions and preferences of a purchaser to provide a custom fit.
