    Abstract: Block-copolymers of vinyltrialkylsilane-hexaorganocyclotrisiloxane of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R, R' are the same or different and each R.sub.3 represent methyl, phenyl; R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 --are each an aliphatic radical containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, Z is a residue of a dilithium initiator of polymerization of a vinyltrialkylsilane K is a residue of a monolithium initiator, which is a hydrocarbon radical- normal or iso-alkyl; K' is hydrogen, an (R.sub.3) Si silcarbonic group wherein R is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl radical, or a hydrocarbon radical; a=0 to 10.sup.4 ; b=0 to 10.sup.4 ; C=10 to 10.sup.4 ; d=10 to 10.sup.4 ; f=0 to 1; g=0 to 1, x.gtoreq.1, with a molecular mass of from 10.sup.3 to 10.sup.6.
