Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-compacted cosmetic composition for caring for and/or making up keratin fibres, comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least 22% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition and at least one fatty phase comprising at least one dispersion of micronized wax particles, the said particles being present in a content of between 5% and 50% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.
