    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for detecting bowel transplant rejection. The detection method according to the invention is a method for the in vitro detection of bowel transplant rejection comprising steps for measuring the concentration at markers in a fluid sample, calculating the difference for each marker with a reference concentration, comparing for each marker the difference with a discriminatory threshold variation and assigning a score. The present invention is particularly applicable in the medical field, more specifically in the field of transplantations and transplant rejection detection.
