  • Publication number: 20240153346
Abstract: A game terminal allows a player to participate in the linked transaction including a linked deal within an initial deal via their client account interacting with a management system. The management system manages the execution of the linked transaction including execution of the initial deal, execution of the linked deal, and movement and monitoring of capital during execution of the linked transaction. Initial deal tickets are electronically allocated to player accounts by the management system. The linked deal may be a secondary deal that is lightly linked to the initial deal. In particular, the initial deal may include an access ticket to the linked deal, and the access ticket allows the management system to grant the player a play in the linked deal. Both the initial deal and the linked deal can have prizes, and the management system may resolve those prizes, as necessary.

  • Publication number: 20240081427
Abstract: A personal vapor inhaling unit is disclosed. An electronic flameless vapor inhaler unit that may simulate a cigarette has a cavity that receives a cartridge in the distal end of the inhaler unit. The cartridge brings a substance to be vaporized in contact with a wick. When the unit is activated, and the user provides suction, the substance to be vaporized is drawn out of the cartridge, through the wick, and is atomized by the wick into a cavity containing a heating element. The heating element vaporizes the atomized substance. The vapors then continue to be pulled by the user through a mouthpiece and mouthpiece cover where they may be inhaled.

  • Publication number: 20240082744
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of amusement rides, and particularly the field of flying theatres. The present invention improves on previous flying theaters in that it provides guests greater motion, and additional types of motion accomplished in unique ways, while being more cost effective than existing flying theaters. The performance parameters of the theater give it the unique ability to not only smoothly replicate the motion of a light flying experience but also simulate motions that are more aggressive than in existing flying theater rides. Guests experience turbulence and more exciting experiences that would otherwise be sacrificed due to limitations in the range of motion or quality of experience of existing rides that would take the rider out of the experience.

  • Publication number: 20230375413
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to an optical detector system capable of detecting in the infrared and terahertz regions of the electromagnetic spectrum with increased sensitivity and simplicity. It includes microbolometers in an array, a waveguide for receiving readout light input from an optical light source, waveguide splitters for splitting the waveguide to output waveguides such that each microbolometer in the array is optically coupled to an output waveguide. The output waveguide is coupled to an optical resonator of the microbolometer at a resonance frequency to generate a readout light output having a characteristic based on a change in a characteristic of the optical resonator. The system further includes a detector for receiving the readout light output from each of the output waveguides to convert the readout light output to an electrical signal.
