  • Publication number: 20240324834
Abstract: A vacuum pre-separation device for use with a vacuum assembly having a power head and a collection container. The pre-separation device including a housing defining a housing volume, where the housing includes a first connection interface configured to attach to the power head and a second connection interface configured to attach to the collection container, a cyclonic separator at least partially positioned within the housing volume, where the cyclonic separator includes a discharge port open to the second connection interface, and a feed passage configured to direct air into the cyclonic separator, where a first end of the feed passage is open to the first connection interface.

  • Publication number: 20240175583
Abstract: A portable heater includes a housing defining a base portion and a radiant heating assembly positioned within the housing. The radiant heating assembly includes a connector configured to receive a fuel tank having a combustible fuel, an ignition assembly configured to ignite the combustible fuel, and a radiant heating surface configured to be heated by ignition of the combustible fuel. The radiant heating surface is configured to emit radiant energy to a surrounding environment. An air flow channel is formed in the housing defines an intake opening and an exhaust opening. The exhaust opening is positioned proximate the radiant heating surface. A fan is positioned within the air flow channel to induce an airflow through the air flow channel. The airflow exits the exhaust opening to disperse the radiant energy from the radiant heating surface to the surrounding environment.

  • Publication number: 20230309774
Abstract: A vacuum cleaner including a suction motor assembly having an impeller configured to generate vacuum pressure, a motor driving the impeller, and a motor shroud including a conductive material and at least partially covering the impeller. The vacuum cleaner also includes a battery pack configured to selectively power the motor and having a positive terminal and a negative terminal, a ground wire electrically connecting the motor to the negative terminal of the battery pack, and an electrostatic discharge wire electrically connecting the conductive material of the motor shroud to the ground wire such that electrostatic charge generated on the motor shroud is discharged through the electrostatic discharge wire and dissipated through the negative terminal of the battery pack.

  • Publication number: 20230263353
Abstract: A vacuum cleaner system comprising a motor-impeller assembly, a power source, and a hose. The motor-impeller assembly is configured to generate fluid flow, the fluid flow passing through a hose inlet. The power source is configured to supply power to the motor-impeller assembly. The hose includes a proximal hose end configured to be coupled to the hose inlet, a distal hose end spaced from the proximal hose end, and a hose body. The hose body is coupled to the proximal hose end and the distal hose end. The hose body has an inner surface through which fluid flow passes, and an outer surface open to the surroundings of the hose. The hose further includes a layer of anti-static material applied to either the inner surface of the hose body or the outer surface of the hose body.
