Abstract: An EEPROM cell with junction, source and drain regions in a semiconductor substrate. A memory channel region extends between the source and junction regions. A select channel region extends between the drain and junction regions. A floating gate has a first portion disposed over the junction region and insulated therefrom by a first insulation layer, and a second portion disposed over the memory channel region and insulated therefrom by a second insulation layer. A sense gate is disposed over the floating gate. The sense gate wraps around an edge of the first portion without wrapping around an edge of the second portion. A select gate is disposed over the select channel region. The select gate is insulated from the select channel region by a third insulation layer. The third insulation layer is thinner than the second insulation layer and thicker than the first insulation layer.

Abstract: The object of this invention is a unique method and apparatus for locating a lost article. In one embodiment, a target electronic device is provided. A second electronic device may also be provided and include hardware configured to receive and recognize a wireless signal and also to emit a wireless signal. A transmission medium may also be provided to facilitate communication between the target electronic device and the second electronic device. In another embodiment there may be a plurality of target electron-tic devices, second electronic devices, and transmission mediums.

A tracking device is provided and includes hardware configured to receive and recognize a signal and also to emit a signal. A transmission medium is used to facilitate communication between the target electronic device and tracking device. In some embodiment there may be a plurality of target electronic devices, tracking devices, and transmission mediums. In some embodiments the tracking device helps guide the user to the location of the target electronic device.

Abstract: A separable key holder assembly includes a pair of key rings, a pair of flexible mounting straps, and a pair of patches of complementary hook and loop fastening materials detachably attachable together and applied on the respective straps. Each strap has an end portion being folded around one of the key rings and back upon itself so as to provide overlapped sections on the end portion of strap. The overlapped sections of the strap contain a heat sealed zone in which they are permanently attached to one another. Each patch extends over substantially the entire length and width of one of the opposite surfaces of the respective straps.
