The system may include a service entity mobile application that may be configured to be installed on the mobile device to add a new resident application on the mobile device. The mobile application may also be configured to receive manipulations of the mobile device in the form of a gesture which is recognized by the device to provide information to the service entity. The information including instructions relating to carrying out a service provided by the service entity. The mobile device may display a list of options selectable by the user of the mobile application. The instructions may relate to determining a location of where the service is to be provided and determining an estimated time of when the service will be provided.
