  • Publication number: 20240097733
Abstract: A front-end system includes a first terminal that receives a radio frequency signal from a transceiver and a second terminal coupled to an antenna. A front-end module including a power amplifier amplifies the radio frequency signal when powered by a supply signal. The front-end module includes a reference signal generator that generates a reference signal and modulates the reference signal frequency based on the supply signal. The frequency-modulated reference signal is transmitted to the transceiver through the first terminal. The front-end module can also include a voltage sensor that senses a voltage level at the first terminal when the frequency-modulated reference signal is being transmitted to the transceiver to determine at least one control signal for controlling the front-end module.

  • Patent number: 11556316
Abstract: A method may include receiving a first definition of an object type from a first software component and a second definition of the object type from a second software component. The object type may be labeled by an ID. The method may further include storing, in a dynamic graph, a node labeled by the ID, and storing, in a type definition repository external to the dynamic graph, the first definition of the object type and the second definition of the object type. The method may further include receiving, from the first software component, a modified first definition of the object type. The method may further include replacing, in the type definition repository and using the ID, the first definition of the object type with the modified first definition, and transmitting, to the second software component, a message indicating a need to lookup, by the ID, the modified first definition.

  • Patent number: 10171463
Abstract: Technologies are disclosed herein for transport layer network data authentication. A token packet is attached to network data sent from a client software application to an application server at the transport layer. The token packet can be generated based on a temporary token key obtained from a token service. The token packet can include a signature of the network packet payload. The network packet with the attached token packet can be received at an edge device in the network where the application server resides before reaching the application server. The edge device can verify the authenticity of the network packet by verifying the signature contained in the token packet. If the verification is successful, the edge device can forward the network packet to the application server. If the verification fails, the edge device can block further transmission of the network packet.

  • Publication number: 20150016887
Abstract: A dry-dock walking machine for installation on the deck surface of a dry-dock is operable for transporting a ship to a selected location relative to the dry-dock. There is provided a plurality of laterally spaced-apart, parallel support beams rigidly interconnected and dimensioned to extend transversely beneath the ship and across at least a portion of its width to engage its hull and support it above the deck surface. A lifting jack assembly is mounted on each end of each support beam, and they are spaced apart so that each support beam has a lifting jack assembly positioned adjacent each lateral side of the ship. A stabilizer mechanism is mounted on each support beam adjacent each lifting jack assembly operable for selectively engaging a lateral side the ship's hull to establish and maintain lateral stability of the ship relative to the support beams.

  • Publication number: 20100082832
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for transmitting stream logging data via a web browser are disclosed. A client device that implements a web browser may open a time-limited socket that remains open for a predetermined period of time. The client opens a socket to a server for bidirectional communication, which the server can transmit data across. The server sends streaming logging data to the client via the client-side socket and server side socket. Upon occurrence of an event, the server sends instructions that cause the client to keep the client-side socket open. Upon receipt of the instructions from the server the client resets a timer associated with the time-limited client side socket to keep the client-side socket open for an additional predetermined period of time.

  • Publication number: 20100082560
Abstract: Change management in a relational database may be implemented by indexing changes by copying the database to a new revision when a change is made to one or more items in the database. The new revision may be committed as a single unit and all changes stored together under a single revision. Database users may be notified of the new revision that is available for use. Software configuration issues may be simplified through the use of a configuration language that separates the logical configuration between software components from the specific configuration of those components. Secure data center administration may be handled through the use of control hosts.

  • Publication number: 20030229536
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system, method, computer program product, and data signal for providing local marketers with an affordable, efficient, media-related service for planning and executing a marketing communications campaign using a computer-implemented system. The system and method provides the advantages typically available only to larger purchasers without having to maintain the advertising budgets of such large purchasers. The system allows the user to input preferences about the media/communications campaign into interactive worksheets. The preferences are used by a set of intelligent decision rules to produce prototype plans which present a week-by-week schedule of media purchasing as well as an allocation to various media/communications classifications. The system also allows the purchaser to vary the preferences and see the effects of the variations on the prototype plans.

  • Patent number: 4109297
Abstract: A metallization scheme for interconnection of elements in thin film and hybrid circuits is described. A thin layer of titanium is first formed, preferably by evaporation or sputtering, on the surface of the insulating substrate. A thin layer of copper is then formed in the same manner over the titanium layer. This is followed by electroplating of copper to a desired thickness onto selected portions of the Ti-Cu multilayer. Successive layers of nickel and gold are then selectively electroplated onto the plated copper regions. An additional layer of palladium may also be included between the titanium and copper layers for improved adhesion. The Ti-Cu-Ni-Au metallization system has been found unusually compatible with the major processing requirements of thin film circuits, for example, thermocompression bonding, soldering, via-hole coverage and resistor stabilization.

  • Patent number: 4054484
Abstract: Disclosed is a crossover fabrication technique which is compatible with interconnect metallization for thin film and hybrid circuits which comprises a layer of copper. In one embodiment, evaporated layers of Ti and Cu are used as the base layers to build up the crossover spacing layer. A nickel protective layer is formed over the evaporated layers and the interconnect metallization. A copper spacing layer is then formed over the nickel layer by plating. Pillar holes are etched over selected areas of the interconnect metal preferably using an etchant which removes both the copper spacing layer and nickel protective layer, followed by forming the gold crossovers. The remaining copper spacing layer is removed by an etchant which preferentially attacks copper, and the nickel protective layer and copper base layers are preferably removed by a single etchant.
