    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, apparatus, and computer-readable storage media that support relevance-based analysis and filtering of documents and media for one or more enterprises. Aspects disclosed herein leverage custom-built taxonomies, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) for identifying and extracting features from highly-relevant documents. The extracted features are vectorized and then filtered based on entities (e.g., enterprises, organizations, individuals, etc.) and compliance-based risks (e.g., illegal or non-compliant activities) that are highly relevant to a particular client. The filtered feature vectors are used to identify and highlight relevant information in the corresponding documents, enabling decision making to resolve compliance-related risks. The aspects described herein generate fewer false positive or otherwise less relevant results than conventional document screening applications or manual techniques.

Receipt of an input for one of the interactive elements that is displaying the visual effect is monitored for. A window is generated and provided to overlay the one of the interactive elements when the monitoring indicates the input is received. The window is configured to present: additional data associated with the initial data; and additional interactive elements each associated with a different interactions. Execution of one of the interactions is initiated when a selection of a corresponding one of the additional elements is received and a result is provided.

In some embodiments, the method may further isolation of the non-variola Orthopoxvirus from a solid substrate such as a tissue swab and further purification of viral nucleic acid using silica beads. The sample may in some cases be self-collected by a subject. The disclosed methods and systems, including kits for self-collection, may be used for a high throughput assay allowing for screening of hundreds of samples per day.
