  • Publication number: 20230235446
Abstract: A thin film deposition apparatus comprising: a laser pulse generator to generate a laser pulse; optical elements to optionally P-polarize and optionally rotate the laser pulse polarization with a polarization angle ? based on the cavity chamber and deposition material; focusing optics to focus the laser pulse; a source of deposition material having refractive index n2; said deposition material mounted within an evacuated chamber having a refractive index n1; a rotation and / or translation device to alter and / or direct said laser pulse onto said source of deposition material at an incidence angle ? to produce a plasma to be deposited on a substrate; wherein the polarization angle ? and incidence angle ? are defined by the area under the graphical representation of the ellipse of equation ? ? ? 0 2 a 2 + ? ? ? 0 2 b 2 = 1 where ?0=0.8× arctan (n2/n1), ?0=0, a=0.4× arctan (n2/n1) and b=0.5× arctan (n2/n1).

  • Patent number: 10399645
Abstract: A manual and submersible auxiliary swim platform for a vessel having a main aft platform, the main aft platform having a recessed area for receiving the auxiliary swim platform. A pair of bracket assemblies secure the auxiliary platform to the main aft platform, and both bracket assemblies have a first bracket member, a second bracket member, and a bushing. The bushing is interposed and secured to the first and second bracket members at a common end. The bracket members and bushing have limiter surfaces which limit rotational and pivotal movement of the bracket assemblies in conjunction with external edges, a pin and interface designs of the bracket assemblies.

Abstract: A manual and submersible auxiliary swim platform for a vessel having a main aft platform, the main aft platform having a recessed area for receiving the auxiliary swim platform. A pair of bracket assemblies secure the auxiliary platform to the main aft platform, and both bracket assemblies have a first bracket member, a second bracket member, and a detent bushing. The detent bushing is interposed and secured to the first and second bracket members at a common end. The detent bushing limits rotational and pivotal movement of the bracket assemblies in conjunction with a contact tab, pin and channel design of the bracket assemblies.
