    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and composition for dietary mineral supplementation utilizing a form and dosage of calcium and magnesium for enhanced calcium absorption. The method includes the steps of delaying the absorption of the magnesium for a period of time after absorption of the calcium component of the supplement.
