The method also includes identifying multiple options available for the provider in a treatment of the disease in the subject. The method also includes identifying an expected condition based on the performance parameter and on the disease of the subject, and providing a recommendation to the provider fir an action to improve the expected condition. A system and a non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions to perform the above method are also provided.
