Abstract: A cylinder liner is disclosed for use with an engine. The cylinder liner may have a generally cylindrical body having a top end and a bottom end, and a flange connected to the generally cylindrical body at the top end. The flange may have an external end face, an outer annular surface, and an axial thickness. The cylinder liner may also have a gasket recess formed in the external end face of the flange and having a radial width, and a groove formed in the outer annular surface of the flange at an axial location about midway through the axial thickness of the flange. The groove may have a depth that is about one-third or less of the radial width of the gasket recess.

Abstract: A cylinder liner assembly is disclosed for use with an engine. The cylinder liner assembly may have a liner with a hollow generally cylindrical body extending from a top end to a bottom end along a longitudinal axis, and an internal recess formed at the top end. The cylinder liner assembly may also have an anti-polishing ring disposed within the internal recess at the top end of the liner, and a seal disposed around the liner at an internal axial end of the anti-polishing ring. A surface roughness of the internal recess, together with a surface roughness of the anti-polishing ring, may create a thermal barrier configured to maintain a desired temperature of the seal.

Abstract: A camera storage and transport case is provided that allows for ease of access to housed devices. A case is provided in a shoulder bag configuration with a main closure member provided at an angle offset from horizontal and with a wire or support member to allow ease of access to internal storage volumes with case.
