Abstract: A mobile device, an arrangement and corresponding method are disclosed to be used for delivering technical support, in particular for troubleshooting or problem solving operations. The technical support regards to electronic devices grouped as a system. The mobile device is enabled to scan a marker associated with the system being determined by the electronic devices. Connection to a data storage and with the electronic devices is also enabled. The arrangement comprises the mobile device and electronic devices determining the system. The mobile device is configured for displaying an augmented and/or mixed reality (AR/MR) interface for showing information about the system and its electronic devices, of which one or more may be present in the camera view of the mobile device.
