  • Patent number: 9098875
Abstract: A financial-service system that manages content objects includes a chronicles platform with a chronicle associated with a loan request. A content manager determines a set of content objects to be associated with the chronicle and generates a bucket for each content object of the set of content objects. Each bucket is associated with a name and is configured to receive an associated content object. The chronicle is populated with the generated buckets. An interface that detects a user action and that thereafter receives or generates a content object, which is detected by the content manager and associated with a bucket. The content manager causes the bucket to receive the content object and presents representations of the buckets to a user. Representations of one or more buckets that have received a content object differ from representations of one or more other buckets that have not received a content object.

  • Publication number: 20150102729
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for controlling one or more lights are disclosed. In some aspects, systems for controlling one or more lights can include an interface and a remote sensing device that is separate from and is in electrical communication with the interface. The remote sensing device can additionally include at least one sensor, for example an ambient light sensor. Each of the remote sensing device and the interface can be configured to attach to support structures via retaining features. In one aspect, the remote sensing device can include a first and a second retaining member that rotatably thread onto a main body of the sensing device and adjust according to the thickness and structure of the support structure. In another aspect, the interface can include a retention feature utilizing flexible tabs with integrated detents to accommodate variable sizes of openings of the support structure.

  • Publication number: 20140268720
Abstract: A modular troffer-style fixture that is well-suited for use with solid state light sources, such as LEDs, to provide a surface ambient light (SAL). The fixture comprises two structural components: a housing subassembly and a lighting subassembly. These two subassemblies may be removably attached to operate as a singular fixture. Many different lighting subassemblies may be compatible with a single housing subassembly and vice versa. The housing subassembly comprises a body that is mountable to an external structure. The lighting subassembly comprises the light sources and optical elements that tailor the light to achieve a particular profile. Electronics necessary to power and control the light sources may be disposed in the housing subassembly, the lighting subassembly, or both. Various mount mechanisms may be used to attach the fixture to a surface such as a ceiling or a wall. Multiple fixtures can be connected serially to provide an extended continuous fixture.
