    Abstract: A baby carriage includes a frame, a lock mechanism, a seat back and a webbing. The frame has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The lock mechanism has a housing and a lock member, the housing is disposed on the first end, a through hole is formed on the housing, and the lock member is disposed in the through hole. The webbing passes through the through hole, it is wound around a back side of the seat back and attached on the second end. The webbing is clamped in the lock member, so as to keep the seat back at a recline angle. When the lock member is operated to release the webbing, the webbing is capable of moving within the through hole, so as to adjust the recline angle of the seat back.

When the second engaging member is located at the engaging position, the second engaging member engages one of the first engaging members so that the seat is retained relative to the supporting device. When the second engaging member is located at the releasing position, the second engaging member disengages from the first engaging member so that the seat is allowed to rotate relative to the supporting device.
