    Assignee: MODERN PNEUMATIC SPORTING DEVICES
Inventors: Carl E Caudle, Nathanel J Caudle
  • Patent number: 11846486
Abstract: An air gun configured to propel a projectile without the use of combustion at a preselected velocity is provided. The air gun includes at least one first valve disposed between a chamber and a source of compressed gas, and at least one enhancement mechanism to improve the efficiency of the compressed gas to propel the projectile at a preselected velocity.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 25, 2021
Date of Patent: December 19, 2023
Assignee: Modern Pneumatic Sporting Devices LLC
Inventors: Carl E Caudle, Nathanel J Caudle, Nakkii White, Patrick D. S. Reed
  • Patent number: 11674763
Abstract: A damping assembly for a firearm is provided. The damping assembly includes at least a gas piston and a recoil spring, which may be arranged coaxially or in parallel. The gas piston is disposed within a gas tube which has access to the bore of the firearm through a gas inlet. Pressurized gas from the bore can enter the gas tube via the inlet and push against the gas piston, which can dampen the cycle rate of the firearm.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 30, 2021
Date of Patent: June 13, 2023
Inventors: Carl E Caudle, Nathanel J Caudle
  • Patent number: 11609057
Abstract: A novel rifling is disclosed, wherein a plurality of arc segments are disposed equally about the bore of a gun barrel, when viewed in cross-section. The surface of each arc segment comprises a bearing surface that imparts a spin on a projectile moving down a length of the gun barrel.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 15, 2021
Date of Patent: March 21, 2023
Inventors: Carl E Caudle, Nathanel J Caudle
  • Patent number: 11536524
Abstract: A modular bolt action rifle is provided, having an upper receiver configured to receive a bolt action bolt housing and bolt and a first universal fitting at a front of the upper receiver configured to receive one of a plurality of commonly sourced rifle barrels, and a lower receiver integral to or coupled to the upper receiver. The lower receiver is configured to receive commonly sourced fire control group components and a commonly sourced bolt action trigger mechanism. The lower receiver includes a second universal fitting at a rear of the lower receiver configured to receive one of a plurality of commonly sourced butt stocks.
    Type: Grant
