At least one of the head-mountable device, the ophthalmic device, and an implantable device communicatively coupled with each of the processing device and the storage device. Further, each of the head-mountable device, the ophthalmic device, and the implantable device includes at least one of a display device and a sound production device. Further, at least one of the head-mountable device, the ophthalmic device, and the implantable device is configured for presenting the at least one medical data.

    Abstract: A system for provisioning reports associated with medical procedures. The system includes device, a processing device, and a storage device. The device may include an output device for presenting a medical data associated with a medical procedure and an input device for detecting an input associated with the medical procedure from a user. The processing device generates a command from the user based on the detecting, analyzes the command, selects a portion of the medical data based on the analyzing of the command, determines an operation required to be performed based on the selecting of the portion of the medical data and the analyzing of the command, performs the operation based on the determining of the operation, and generates a report for the medical procedure using a template based on the performing of the operation. The storage device stores the report.
