  • Publication number: 20260141743
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for enhanced accuracy of image data obtained through optical character recognition (OCR) processing. In some embodiments, the method includes receiving a first image file obtained by an image capture device; performing OCR on the first image file to generate an OCR data file; inputting the OCR data file into at least two machine learning engines, where the at least two machine learning engines are configured to operate in parallel; based on an output of the at least two machine learning engines, generating a confidence score associated with the OCR data file; and based on the confidence score, processing the OCR data file over a real-time settlement rail.

  • Publication number: 20240422169
Abstract: An authentication method includes assigning a risk status to a request received from a remote interaction system, transmitting a notification communication to a device associated with the request, monitoring interaction data from an interaction network, and identifying, from the monitored interaction data, authentication interaction information, the authentication interaction information including a coded sequence and a predetermined authentication identifier. The authentication method also includes comparing the coded sequence in the authentication interaction information to an expected coded sequence and transmitting a verification communication after determining the coded sequence in the authentication interaction information matches the expected coded sequence.

  • Publication number: 20240320642
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure related to identifying and resolving anomalies associated with an ATM processing a check that has been deposited by a customer. The computing platform may receive a digital representation of the check that has been deposited. The computing platform may compare parameters associated with the check to expected parameters. The computing platform may generate a validation report comprising an anomaly, an event code associated with the anomaly, and an action to resolve the anomaly based on the event code. The computing platform may input results and feedback into a machine learning model to further refine the accuracy and reliability of the computing platform over time.

  • Patent number: 11263411
Abstract: An example method may include transmitting a noise signal through a reader connection of a magnetic reader element. The control component and the magnetic reader element may be associated with a card reader device of a transaction device, and the magnetic reader element may be configured to read a magnetic strip of a transaction card. The method may include receiving, from the magnetic reader element, a reader connection signal from the reader connection. The reader connection signal may include the noise signal. The method may include extracting, from the reader connection signal, a card information signal associated with the transaction card from the magnetic strip. The card information signal may be extracted based on the noise signal. The method may include performing an action associated with the card information signal.

  • Patent number: 10810562
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for completing the transaction at another ATM upon determining that an ATM where a transaction being performed is unable to complete the transaction. Upon detection of an error condition at the ATM, a current status of the transaction being performed at the ATM and the error condition may be analyzed to determine an option to complete the transaction. Upon determination that the transaction can be completed at the other ATM, a notification may be sent to the customer. In response to the notification, information identifying the transaction may be received from the other ATM, and a session identifying the transaction may be sent to the other ATM, thereby allowing the transaction to complete at the other ATM.
