  • Publication number: 20130191058
Abstract: An intelligent analysis method of leakage current data for chip classification is provided. The analysis method includes steps of: providing a plurality of given patterns to a chip and measuring a plurality of leakage currents of the chip corresponding to the given patterns; finding a minimum value of the leakage currents and deriving an uninfected process parameter according to the minimum value; calculating a plurality of ?-Iddq values based on the uninfected process parameter and the given patterns; and applying a clustering algorithm to the ?-Iddq values to classify whether the chip is a defect-free one. By employing the novel method, it is advantageous of high efficiency and precision without involving any threshold-value determination, visual inspection and/or pattern modification.

  • Publication number: 20130172718
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for improving imaging resolution of electrical impedance tomography (EIT). More specifically, the present disclosure forms virtual electrode(s) using an electric current steering technique, which is used to improve imaging resolution of an EIT system without physically increasing a number of conducting electrodes. The EIT system of the present disclosure may includes a plurality of conducting electrodes, at least one signal generator, at least one signal receiver and at least one electric current steering device. In other words, the present disclosure applies both the electric current steering technique and the virtual electrode technique to EIT. Consequently, imaging resolution of EIT can be improved without physically increasing the number of conducting electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20130137206
Abstract: The present invention provides compound of formula (I) wherein each substituent is defined in the specification. The compound may be used, in combination with other organic light-emitting materials, in a light-emitting layer of an organic light-emitting element. The present invention also provides an organic light-emitting element including a first electrode, a second electrode and at least three layers of organic material layers disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the layer used as a light-emitting layer contains a compound of formula (I). Further, an all-solution process, which is used for fabricating the organic light-emitting element of the present invention, has the advantages such as avoiding miscibility among the layers to fabricate an element with a large surface area and lower production cost.

  • Publication number: 20130122326
Abstract: An electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer, a method of fabricating the same, and a substrate comprising the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, at least 50% in volume of the electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer comprises plural grains adjacent to each other, wherein the said grains are made of stacked twins, the angle of the stacking directions of the nano-twins between one grain and the neighboring grain is between 0 to 20 degrees. The electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer of the present invention is highly reliable with excellent electro-migration resistance, hardness, and Young's modulus. Its manufacturing method is also fully compatible to semiconductor process.

  • Publication number: 20130081740
Abstract: A novel FeMnAlC alloy, comprising 23˜34 wt. % Mn, 6˜12 wt. % Al, and 1.4˜2.2 wt. % C with the balance being Fe, is disclosed. The as-quenched alloy contains an extremely high density of nano-sized (Fe,Mn)3AlCx carbides (??-carbides) formed within austenite matrix by spinodal decomposition during quenching. With almost equivalent elongation, the yield strength of the present alloys after aging is about 30% higher than that of the optimally aged FeMnAlC (C?1.3 wt. %) alloy systems disclosed in prior arts. Moreover, the as-quenched alloy is directly nitrided at 450˜550° C., the resultant surface microhardness and corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution are far superior to those obtained previously for the optimally nitrided commercial alloy steels and stainless steels, presumably due to the formation of a nitrided layer consisting predominantly of AlN.

  • Publication number: 20130085362
Abstract: A method for identifying a stimulation target is provided, which uses microelectrode recording and electrical impedance tomography techniques together in a composite probe. The composite probe includes at least a microelectrode recording sensor and a plurality of microelectrodes, so that after the composite probe is guided and implanted to a depth suitable for the stimulation target based on microelectrode recording signals, tissue structures surrounding the composite probe are delineated by using the plurality of microelectrodes, and the boundary of the stimulation target and the precise location of the composite probe within the stimulation target are determined. Accordingly, the present invention provides a quick and accurate direction for surgeons, eliminating the problem of not knowing the exact location of the implanted probe within the stimulation target as in the case during deep brain stimulation surgeries.

  • Publication number: 20130037971
Abstract: A venturi scrubber, which avoids clogging in the throat by dust particles, includes a venturi tube, two scrubbing fluid conduits and a scrubbing fluid tank. The venturi tube has a converging section, a diverging section and a throat section which is connected between the converging section and the diverging section. The scrubbing fluid conduit has a top end connected with the bottom end of the converging section of the venturi tube, and the scrubbing fluid conduit is connected with the scrubbing fluid tank. Thereby, scrubbing fluid can be guided directly into the scrubbing fluid tank without passing through the throat section. As a result, the clogging of dust particles on the converging section of the venturi throat can be minimized and the abnormal increase of the pressure drop of the throat can also be avoided.
