    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a patterned cushioning product of flexible polyurethane foam, which is suitable for use as a flooring or carpetting material, wall lining material or any other surface finishing or lying material, which is manufactured by the application of high frequency vibrations necessary to cause thermally fusible bonding particles to permeate into an open-celled structure of a sheet of flexible polyurethane foam and then fushion-bonding surface covering sheets to the opposed surfaces of the polyurethane foam sheet.
